Love it. Smells great. Fruity without being too acidic. I actually hope it had more sour notes, but maybe because I grinded it one week after roast.
Will try again next week to see if it gets even better.
Roasted on 12/8 according to the package, which is a Wed and received on 13/8. Smells great and look forward to try. Bought other beans from Ted's previously and all were great!
