Flavor: jackfruit, lychee, honey Aroma: light jackfruit Freshness: slight wait as producer’s delivery was delayed, but arrived a couple of days after roasting, smelt incredibly aromatic. I had to be disciplined to keep it in the cupboard for a couple of weeks to degas before grinding and brewing. Just brewed with drip grind and 2 pour using V60 at 91 deg C. Turned out really well, strong jackfruit flavors, some honey notes. Would buy again!

Fruity and slightly sweet, low acidity, no bitterness. Worth the pre-order wait. Seller is attentive and willing to guide you on your purchase. Always freshly roasted and never been disappointed.
Brewed on Aeropress, suitable for drip too.
