Flavor: can taste the fruitiness, citrus, cranberry, lemon tea. Freshness: definitely freshly roasted and this batch quite ok, though some uneven roasting but good improvement at least no overly roasted beans

sealed well and freshly roasted the day i ordered. smells super fragrant and fruity, waiting for 2 weeks to de-gas before trying espresso.

First time buying. Bought on 6/6, and received on 9/6. Excited to give this a try. Smells great from the package!
